Boiled bamboo shoots (Hachiku variety), approximately 1kg.
Comes in 2 separate packs.
Includes both upper and lower parts.
Harvested, de-bittered, and soaked in water on the same day. After vacuum sealing, they are sterilized by boiling, cooled, and then shipped.
After opening, please keep the bamboo shoots submerged in water and store them in the refrigerator, changing the water daily.
A white substance may appear due to the amino acid tyrosine, but it is safe to consume as is.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any accidents during delivery.
