?? Stick Broccoli has a slightly looser texture than regular broccoli when the flower buds are still closed, and the stems have a crisp, asparagus-like bite.
It's sweet and delicious with no grassy taste, so you can enjoy it not only boiled with mayonnaise but also in various dishes such as salads, pasta, wrapped in bacon, stews, and tempura. The leaves are also delicious!

?? At our home, we boil it for about 2 minutes in boiling salted water, but we recommend adjusting the boiling time to your preference!
