Rare Akebono Soybeans (Akebono) - Naturally Grown in the Akebono District of Minobu Town, Yamanashi - Ultra Rare

This is the extremely rare Akebono soybean, known as the phantom soybean. These exceptionally large beans have a rich, sweet, and savory flavor, making them perfect for soy milk and simmered dishes! Their edamame taste is exquisite. This Akebono region is located at an altitude of 600 meters, on Fujimi Mountain, which was once the seabed. The abundant minerals, temperature fluctuations, strong sunlight, and good ventilation create an ideal environment for soybean cultivation. Here, I, with 30 years of experience in natural farming, cultivated these beans starting from soil preparation, using natural farming methods. No pesticides were used during cultivation, and they were hand-picked and naturally dried. Although the yield is small due to the mountainous terrain and limited arable land, the superior taste is second to none.
