This Scotch-Mesh is ideal for preparing paint surfaces and for maintenance to remove scratches on bowling balls.

It is overwhelmingly more durable than Abralon pads or Micro-Pads and can be used until it wears out. For personal use, you likely won't use it up in a lifetime.

The seller uses this for maintenance of their hobby, bowling.
A spinner is essential for refreshing and removing scratches. Hand polishing is not recommended.
It saves money by reducing the need for less durable Abralon pads.

Caution! When new (first use), it grinds very effectively, so be careful not to over-polish. Over-polishing can erase logos and other markings.

Polish evenly and thoroughly with 240-grit for a sufficient amount of time. If the ball's surface is hard and difficult to polish, peel off a layer with Abralon pad 180-grit.

Smooth the surface in the order of 400, 800, and 1500, and finally, use an Abralon pad from 1000-grit to achieve your desired finish. If linear scratches remain, smoothing from around Abralon pad 500-grit will result in a clean finish.

Even with the same grit number, the finish will be coarser than with Abralon pads. Polishing from Scotch-Mesh 1500-grit will result in a finish similar to polishing with Abralon pad 1000-grit. Please use this primarily for surface preparation.

This is solely the seller's personal opinion. Please use it skillfully at your own risk.
