Roll Recovery R4 Body Roller

Roll Recovery R4 Body Roller
Designed to target specific areas along the spine.
This is a rare item that doesn't often appear on the used market.

Product Description from Manufacturer:
Have you ever felt that you couldn't effectively roll the targeted area during foam rolling?

The R4 targets specific muscle groups with its optimal size, surface texture, material density, and shape. A key feature is the groove in the center of the roller, designed to follow the contours of your spine and neck, helping to release tension in areas like the IT band and calf muscles.

What makes a product durable for years of use? How many different muscle groups can it target? What is the appropriate density? What makes it enjoyable to use?

We believe the R4 answers all these questions. Furthermore, the R4 was developed based on feedback from elite athletes and physical therapists.

We hope many athletes can utilize the R4 as part of their recovery routine!
