Beautiful brass gold-colored handbell shaped like a Victorian woman/southern belle/woman in colonial dress with a full skirt. Hands are clasped demurely in front of her, and she wears a fabric headcovering. The skirt features beautifully draped fringe. Original clapper, bell rings beautifully. This piece is in great vintage condition, very shiny, with a small scratch as shown in the last picture. Measures approximately 3.5 tall and 3.25 wide. Gorgeous decorative piece!
