Description
Thank you for viewing.
I am listing my cherished violin bow for sale.

You may already know of them, as they are quite famous, but this bow was crafted by FINKEL, a world-renowned string instrument bow workshop located in Switzerland.
For their higher-end bows, FINKEL uses the maker's name on the work, and they are made using high-quality Pernambuco wood.

This is a D.ERNST violin bow with an original price of ¥286,000.
ERNST bows are generally excellent, but it is said that one out of every few bows possesses a tone and playability that surpasses even the higher-end F.C.Neuveville bows.
When I purchased it, I tried several bows at a major instrument store and selected what I believe to be a lucky bow.

In my personal experience, both the playability and tone were superior to my J.P.BERNARD bow, which I purchased for ¥700,000 as my first bow, and I was truly surprised.
While the J.P.BERNARD bow has more power, I felt this D.ERNST bow would be particularly well-suited for old and modern instruments.

I have decided to change bows, which is why I am listing this one.
It has been used for about 3 months, and I believe the bow hair does not need to be replaced. It is in near mint condition.

Due to regulations on Pernambuco wood, bow prices are expected to increase again this year. Furthermore, I have heard that bow production is shifting from Pernambuco wood to IPE wood, and that good quality Pernambuco bows will become difficult to obtain.
I am not necessarily looking to sell it quickly; I want to pass it on to someone who truly needs a good violin bow, so please refrain from purchasing if you intend to resell it.

In terms of performance, this bow can be used without issue as a main, first bow, so please consider it. Thank you.
