This is a wooden non-slip balance board.
It appears to have been developed by former NASA engineers.
I purchased it online about a year ago.
It's made of wood with a nice design that won't clash with your interior decor.
It's fun to use and allows you to easily train your lower body, core, and balance at home.
Recommended for those who want to exercise casually at home while doing other things.
I've only used it a few times. There are some slight signs of use on the surface where you stand (please see photos), so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about this.
