SUZUKI Suzuki Violin No. 280 4/4 1977

List Price: Approx. ¥19,800

Unlike the No. 280 models from the 1980s onwards, this instrument is entirely made of wood, and the quality of the timber is excellent.
As string preference is a personal matter, please adjust or replace the strings after purchase.

The No. 280 from the 1970s was a mid-range model (Studio Model) at Suzuki Violin during that era, positioned one step above entry-level models (like the No. 220).
It's a highly popular model for those who want to enjoy the rich sound of well-made, domestically produced old Japanese instruments at an affordable price. In many cases, beginners can experience a much higher quality of sound by having a No. 280 from this era properly adjusted and played, rather than buying a new, inexpensive violin.

This is a one-of-a-kind item!
