TEKNOS Wall-Mounted Fan, Junk Item

Description
TEKNOS Wall-Mounted Fan (No Remote)
The power turns on, but the blades do not spin and it does not operate, so it is being sold as a junk item.
The motor appears to be broken, so we are looking for someone who can repair it.
A part of the fan blades is chipped.
This is shown in the images.
Although I have listed the condition as poor, the exterior does not look old. There are no noticeable stains or scratches.
As this is a junk item, no claims or returns will be accepted.
★There is a YouTube video of someone repairing and fixing a fan from this manufacturer.
The fan will be shipped in a box from the same manufacturer.
