This is a shibori hekko obi from Gondaya Genbei.

The stylish coloring is impressive, but the texture is very soft and gentle, making it an elegant and lovely accessory when paired with a cotton yukata.
The obi has the same pattern on the body and the ends as on the tips.
Unlike general hekko obi made of polyester, this is a luxurious item.
I believe it is even rarer than Basho obi.
