Vintage Mindy by Mary Roth White headband hat red velvet trim white beads FLAW

Vintage Mindy Exclusives by Mary Roth hat - tagged handmade in Philadelphia and designed in a unique mini style using a rigid headband to keep the hat in place.  There is minor discoloration on the white surfaces and the hatband embellishment has loose stitching that will need repair.  The hat include a charming red velvet tipped pin (maybe to use on the rolled embellishment?).   Red velvet trim makes the perfect contrast to this adorable hat and white beads complete the look.  A few condition issues but still very collectible and so fun!
