Studied Judo and Karate from a young age, later becoming a disciple of the martial arts master Kenichi Sawai. He underwent intense training in the legendary Jingu no Mori. In 1985, upon the instruction of Kenichi Sawai, he established the Taiki Ken Kiko Kai dojo in Koganei, Tokyo, to teach Taiki Ken to the general public. After the passing of his master, he temporarily closed the dojo but later reopened it and resumed instruction. In January 2005, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Koganei dojo's establishment, he opened a new dojo in Shinjuku, Tokyo. He is dedicated to the popularization of Taiki Ken, left by Kenichi Sawai, and the instruction of future generations.
