12x9mm‎ genuine amethyst with diamond accents, sterling silver ring!

I got this beauty from an estate. This is a thickkkk sterling silver banded ring. 12x9mm genuine oval cut faceted Amethyst stone in the center and two, roughly 2mm (each) round cut diamonds on either side.  The band is roughly 7mm thick (towards the center).  Measures to fit a size 6.75 ring finger.  It is not marked sterling silver, but I acid tested this myself to confirm it is sterling.
