↑ This is last year's model.

Purchased in December 2025 and installed, but only used twice for operation checks.
Removed on April 25, 2026.

Purchase price: ¥185,000
Current lowest price on Kakaku.com: ¥115,000

Includes indoor unit, outdoor unit, remote control, and piping (2/3 refrigerant piping, electrical wire, and approximately 3m of decorative tape-wrapped drain hose - a 4-piece set).
Of course, as it was just removed, essential items such as nuts and the outdoor mounting plate are included.

Selling points:
- I have asthma and do not smoke.
- Used only about twice.
- Refrigerant (gas) is contained, so no replenishment is needed.
- No repair history.
- Operation confirmed OK until just before removal.
- Removed by a reliable contractor from my workplace.
- I was formerly an air conditioner installation/removal technician myself, and this is a good quality unit.

A discount will be applied for local pickup.

Installation fees are not included.
We recommend finding an installer on Kurashi no Market or similar services for around ¥8,000.
