Vintage USO WWII United Service Organizations Gold-Plated Brass Small Lapel Pin This is a small World War II United Service Organizations (USO) badge. The pin was used during the WWII conflict (1939-1945) to represent the United Service Organizations. The USO was formed in 1941 by the Roosevelt Administration to provide recreational activities and morale in general to troops. Made from gold plated brass with a horizontal pin and C catch. There are moderate signs of wear and tarnish on the gold plate. SIZE: Approximately 1/4 in height and 1/2 in width.
