Rare Light up, fire breathing, moveable Bowser action figure toy

Used/played with only a handful of times. Fully functioning. No damage. Smoke free home. This is a moveable 7 inch tall Bowser toy. His mouth lights up red and with the push of a certain spike on his back he breathes fire. Shell removes to turn on and off and change batteries. Hair at the back of his head is a ply to add water droplets. Only thing missing is the tiny water dropper that came with it but any kind of dropper, or syringe will do (unless I find it before sale). I just held his head under faucet and turned it to a drip and put a couple drops in it to video functionality. These are going for $30-90 online so price is higher because of rarity. Smoke free home Bowser 7-inch action figure from The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Bright yellow body with a green shell and red hair. Movie-branded packaging visible. Detailed sculpt and poseable joints.
