This is a model from the era when Monette was completely handmade, what is now called the Classic series. The design and manufacturing process differ from current models, and the playing feel unique to old Monette mouthpieces is very attractive. Current models exclusively feature the Slap cup, making their characteristics significantly different. This mouthpiece also features a full, glossy gold plating finish.
Trombone mouthpieces typically have a lead time of 6 months or more.
