England by Ellgreave, a division of the renowned Wood & Sons pottery. Crafted from durable genuine ironstone, this beautifully shaped teapot features vibrant sunflower floral motifs accented with elegant gold trim and a classic Staffordshire-inspired design.  The underside bears the authentic Ellgreave backstamp with the Wood & Sons crest, dating this piece to the mid-20th century (approximately 1950s1960s). Genuine ironstone is a heavy, vitreous earthenware prized for its durability, making this teapot both decorative and functional.
