Description

SACD (Hybrid)
Felix Mendelssohn: Symphony No. 1 & Symphony No. 5 Reformation

Conductor: Markus Bosch
Performance: Aachen Symphony Orchestra

This is an SACD from the high-quality German label Coviello Classics.
Recorded live by Deutschlandradio Kultur, this disc excels in its sense of presence and spatial representation.
A major highlight is that Symphony No. 5 Reformation is recorded in its **original version (Urfassung)**, allowing you to enjoy a different structure and sound compared to the standard version. Recommended for collectors and those who enjoy comparative listening.

As it is a hybrid SACD, it can also be played on regular CD players.

The disc has no scratches, and the booklet is in excellent condition, making it like new, but there is a slight crack on the back of the case, so it is listed as no noticeable damage.

The item will be shipped with protection against damage and moisture.
