NWOT  Pet and smoke free home  Handmade  One of a kind  My one of a kind, hand felted Signature Purses are made from 85% Wool and 15% Mohair. Occasionally, other natural fibers are added to enhance a design. Because each piece is an original, I am able to create about 25 purses per year. Be assured that your Signature Purse will last long enough to become an heirloom!  Each Signature Fiber Art handbag starts in my head, with an original design, and is then translated into a pattern. The process continues with hand knitting, felting, and blocking to dry. Since each purse is an original, I also choose a special lining to add to the overall design of the purse. Inside pockets and a hand signed tag are added. The final and most important element of each design is my signature embellishment.  It is applied using a variety of hand-craft techniques, which I have been perfecting for over 35 years.
