Description

This is a Leitz 50mm external viewfinder (SBOOI).

It offers a view close to 1:1 magnification, allowing for natural framing with both eyes open. It pairs well with Barnack Leicas and is suitable for snapshot photography.

It has been stored in a dry cabinet since purchase.

The exterior shows some paint loss on the eyepiece side, but overall, there is no major damage, and it is in good condition considering its age.

The optics are clear with good visibility. Some dust is present, but no fungus or haze that would affect image quality has been found.
