Description
This is a turret viewfinder for Zeiss Ikon.
The ring at the front of the viewfinder can be rotated for parallax correction at 4.5, 9 feet, and infinity.
The turret system allows you to check the field of view for 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm, and 135mm focal lengths.
I primarily use prime lenses, so I wanted this for checking the field of view before changing lenses. I purchased it used about 10 years ago at Camera Kitamura, but I hardly use it, so I am listing it for sale now.
[Condition] The exterior is in relatively clean condition. There are no noticeable large scratches or dents.
Optically, there is some clouding and dust due to age visible to the naked eye, but no mold. Visibility as a viewfinder is good. *This is subjective.
The switching torque is smooth, and the click feeling for each focal length is also good.
Recommended for collection purposes as well.
