Vintage 1980s Clear Glass Hurricane Oil Lamp

A substantial 1980s hurricane oil lamp made in Hong Kong with a clear pressed glass font, octagonal pedestal base, and matching clear glass chimney. The thick glass body has a rounded, bulbous profile and decorative beaded band around the pedestal, giving it a classic Victorian-inspired look with durable modern construction. The brass-tone burner is marked Made in Hong Kong. The wick adjustment wheel turns smoothly, raising and lowering the wick as intended, and the burner threads securely onto the reservoir (reverse-threaded design). Display it traditionally with lamp oil, keep it ready for emergency lighting, or fill the clear reservoir with marbles, shells, potpourri, or other colorful collections for a decorative centerpiece.  Size: 17.5” tall to top of chimney; 7.25” wide at body.  Condition: Very good vintage condition. Clean glass with no chips or cracks found. Does have mild glass 'etching' or signs of use.
