Description

This is a PIEPS avalanche beacon.
Snow has started to pile up in the mountains, and ski resorts are beginning to open!
How about a beacon for sidecountry or backcountry adventures?

This has been carried on the snowy mountains twice.

The PIEPS Freeride is a lightweight beacon that puts less strain on you.
It also automatically returns to transmit mode a few minutes after a search, so if the searcher becomes a secondary victim, it will automatically return to transmit mode.
