The End Of The World Championship (TEOTWC) is a drone music project by Björn Granzow, currently based in Germany. After years of experimental guitar playing, Björn transitioned to keyboards and began producing records with the guidance and creative support of Nicolas Schepanik. Granzow utilizes various synthesizers such as the Dave Smith Instruments Mopho x4 and Moog, as well as sound sources like digitally processed field recordings. The End Of The World Championship debuted with a drone cassette on the Umor Rex label in 2013 and has since released three albums. Another significant influence on the project is Lawrence English, who has mastered all of TEOTWC's releases to date and provides artistic direction.
