Original 1724 French Notarial Manuscript – Dated June 3, 1724 – Signed – Pre-1800 Original 1724 French handwritten notarial manuscript dated June 3, 1724, written in iron gall ink on original laid paper. This authentic legal document is over 300 years old and appears to concern a land or property agreement, referencing land boundaries, payment in livres (historic French currency), and the French land tax (taille). The manuscript names Honoré Bellot and several additional individuals and retains its original signatures. The folded filing endorsement on the reverse may reference the Châteauroux area of central France, although this has not been conclusively verified. Original fold lines, age toning, edge wear, and minor paper loss are consistent with age.
