three beautifully distinct varieties of vintage, handmade lampwork glass beads, which are a style traditionally crafted by melting glass rods over an open flame around a metal mandrel.from the top picture you can see 23 Zebra or Smoke swirl beads. They are highly popular in retro statement necklaces due to their monochrome, modernistic aesthetic. Next are 23 Wedding Cake beads with decorative, frosting-like layered glass detail. They are a signature technique originating from Murano, Italy. And the last group consists of 13 vibrant cobalt blue glass wrapped with a bright band of gold or copper foil accents flanked by delicate glass trailings.
