VTG Gold-Tone Black Gold Floral Chrysanthemum Aurora Borealis Rhinestone Brooch

Vintage gold tone/black matte metal flower brooch. Three layers of painted matte black petals with gold tone open work petals beneath each. Gold tone leaves (3 remain, 1 leave and stem broken off , unnoticeable with wear, review final picture). The center is embellished with a large faceted Aurora borealis coated rhinestone. There are wear spots where I see metal coating loss, otherwise this large brooch is in good vintage condition. The brooch has a rollover clasp closure, straight pin. Measures approximately 2.5H x 2.5W costume jewelry. Brooch, Pin, Flower, Floral, Petal, Chrysanthemum, Daisy, Gothic, Avant-garde, Dark Academia. Pre-owned, Good condition, Signs of wear, Flaw noted in last picture, not noticeable during wear. Vintage: The item is a genuine vintage piece, produced in the late 1960s. Maximalist/Statement Piece: Brooches are currently trending as statement accessories, often worn in clusters or on unexpected items like bags or hats. Cottagecore/Ethereal (Partial fit): While the color scheme is dark, the prominent floral design has some crossover appeal with nature-based aesthetics.
