I studied under a bassoon player from the Kyushu Symphony Orchestra.
I paid close attention to intonation while playing. I believe this instrument has good intonation.
This instrument was well-received by bassoon players from the Kyushu Symphony Orchestra and colleagues who play Heckel.
The sound is deep and projects well in concert halls.
(I enjoyed playing pieces like Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 5, Sibelius Symphony No. 2, Brahms, and Mozart very comfortably.)
For a clear tone, reeds that are small and thin pair well with this instrument.
It was overhauled about 10 years ago.
The pads are not new but are in good condition.
Before listing, I had the instrument inspected by Cremona Gakki, the store where I purchased it.
They confirmed that everything is in good working order, except for the felt parts shown in the photos.
Please play this instrument often, converse with it, and master it! (╹◡╹)♡
Make it your partner for a joyful musical life...
