Rare Black Whimsigoth peignoir set. This is a vintage JC Pennys set. It is a black nylon nightgown and robe Peignoir set. The robe has a double layered nylon chiffon with lace and eyelet details.. it buttons at the chest area then falls loose. Pearlized buttons match the buttons on the nightgown. The nightgown has a missing tag but its clearly a set. Lace trim around the neck of the nightgown as well as the shoulders and hem. 100% Nylon machine wash. Looks like it was barely worn. Its common to see these in white, cream and pink but its pretty rare to find the black. Lovely set. Very gothic and almost Victorian looking. Beautiful vintage lingerie. Tag on the robe says its a size medium. Please check your measurements to make sure the nightgown will fit!
