Vintage 92 Signed Ceramic 11 Pottery Bowl Queen Elizabeth I Commemorative Plate This beautiful studio pottery piece is signed and has a 1992 date on the bottom. The front appears to be an artisan-made commemorative reproduction of an 17th-century English delftware charger commemorating Queen Elizabeth I. The imagery is of the Tower of London and has the rhyme The Rose is Red. The Leaves are Green. God Save Elizabeth Our Queene. In the style of the first English Delftware attributed to potters like Jasper Andries and Jacob Jansen in 1600. This more modern piece is solidly made and shows no noticeable cracks or chips.
