Beautiful and stunning large hand blown lead crystal vase in a Ribbed design. The Ribs curve from right to left and the Vase has an etched marking the says “Vannes Cristal”. The Vase has minor scratches on the base as a result of age and normal use. Overall, the Vase is in excellent condition. The glass factory of Vannes-le-Châtel is a company founded in the middle of the 18th century by the Countess of Mazirot de Reims, in the village of Allamps, Lorraine. It has been a branch of the Daum Society of Nancy since 1986. This elegant Mid-Century Modern Vase would make a lovely addition to showcase your fall foliage or spring flowers! The Vase measures 8 3/4” Tall x 6 5/8” Width. It weighs 6 pounds, 6.5 oz or 102.47 oz or 2905 grams.
