Disney Toontown Play & Learn Ball House Pool - Mickey

This is a Disney Toontown play and educational ball house.

It was stored in the condition shown in photo 20 as my child grew out of playing with it.

The door is warped and the velcro attachment is weak, so it does not close properly and tends to come open.
The intercom sometimes works and sometimes doesn't due to contact issues. Batteries are not included.
The balls with velcro are all 4 colors and the velcro attaches well without any problems.
Some of the color balls are dented, but including those that were added, there are approximately 120 balls of various sizes and colors.
There is some overall warping, but it can still be played with (^o^)
The instruction manual has folds and tears.

How about this for indoor play when outdoor play is difficult?
