Description
Tamiya Genius Series Motorized Action Kit Cross Country Skier #70081TA offers hands-on learning for action-packed fun. This vintage 1993 STEM-focused building set contains everything needed to construct a wooden figure that replicates the movements of a Nordic skier. Designed for ages 8 and over, the kit features a motorized ratchet mechanism that allows the skier to move uphill on inclines up to 5 degrees without sliding backward. The finished model can be tested on various surfaces like snow, sand, or dirt, and can even be painted or modified for a custom look. This kit is factory sealed in its original shrink wrap, preserving a piece of educational hobby history from Tamiya America. Please also see photos for best description.
