This is a listing for a Mercury 2-stroke 2 HP (modified to 3.3 HP) outboard motor.
This outboard motor has a grip throttle, and the throttle valve was modified to allow full opening, which was previously limited to half-open to restrict output to 2 HP. By cutting the throttle valve, the output has been tuned up to 3.3 HP (equivalent to 3.5 HP for Tohatsu).
This allows you to experience the difference in power.
It has only been used in freshwater and has been used very infrequently, so there are only minor scratches. There are no major noticeable flaws, and the condition is excellent. The inside of the cowl is also very clean.
Naturally, starting, acceleration, and idling are all good and stable.
While it is a used item, conditions vary. If you are looking for a used item in good condition, please consider this one.
