Brain & Co. at the Foley China Works in Fenton, Staffordshire, England, this piece features a delicate, multi-colored ditsy floral pattern of pink, blue, and yellow wildflowers intertwined with soft brown foliage and subtle green accent dots. The plate features an elegant, gently scalloped rim highlighted with fine gold gilt and distinctive molded seafoam green scroll/shell handles on either side, typical of high-quality mid-century English pottery craftsmanship.
