No gussets, this flat case does not expand. This pouch is perfect to fit loose items in your day planner. Fits in Franklin Covey Classic Planner size, is 8-1/2 tall x 5-1/2 wide** Comes unboxed with tissue paper. This is a rare SLG, i've never seen another before.
