Sheer black party top w/ multicolored sequins by Cache. Vintage ‘90s Y2K. Made in USA. Size 10 but vintage runs small so please check the measurements carefully as this does not fit like a modern day 10. Sequins are pink, purple, orange, yellow, green etc. Top is sheer and doesn’t include a cami. There are threads woven throughout the top that may stick out slightly. This is part of the design.
