This is an Arimatsu Shibori yukata, made from cotton fabric with shibori dyeing and indigo blue coloring.
Both the fabric and the stitching thread are strong.
No unpleasant odor.
It does not look old-fashioned.
There are two flaws as shown in the images.
The overall size of this yukata appears to be for women, but the miyatsuguchi is sewn shut and the sleeves are slightly rounded, so is it for men? However, the body length of 155cm = corresponding height of 180cm.
For that height, the裄 (yuki - sleeve length from center back to cuff) is short at 65cm, the袖丈 (sodetake - sleeve length) is also short at 44cm, and the身幅 (mihaba - width of the body) is narrow...
The miyatsuguchi is sewn shut, but was it worn by a woman? It is unclear. Will you wear it? Or will you use it for remaking? It is up to the buyer.
Although there are two flaws, they do not interfere with wearing it.
