Vintage Bakelite (Tested) 8 Piece Art Deco Vanity Set 1930's with Original Case

Vintage marbled Bakelite vanity set in its original case. Note: I have tested the material and it is confirmed Bakelite. Vanity sets, includes the following items: * original cardboard case * mirror * soap box 2 pieces * shoe horn * button hook * toothbrush holder? 2 pieces * lipstick holder ? 2 pieces * brush This particular set, with its marbled amber appearance, is characteristic of Art Deco design, which flourished between the World Wars. Condition: each item shows different wear please see pics for details. Item 1: The box appears to be made of cardboard and lined with a satan like fabric. It is in rough shape as the hinge is barely hanging on and the cardboard is flaking off. Lining is tearing off too Item 2: the brush is broken but wanted to include it. Item 3: mirror is in good shape. It does have a couple of dents(?) in the Bakelite. The mirror itself is in good condition. Item 4: soap box top is difficult to get on but it does fit & no cracks or chips Item 5: toothbrush holder: is in good shape Item 6: lipstick holder is in good shape Item 7: show horn is in good shape Item 8: button pull does have rust on the metal but otherwise in good shape. From a smoke free home Note if you do not want the case please let me know and it would reduce the shipping as the other items would be able to fit in a much smaller box.
