Description
Vintage HA & Co. cufflinks with Tiger's Cat's Eye effect cabochon stone. On the back there is a Patent date of 1875 and HA & Co. Rivet design along edges. 3/4 wide Very good vintage condition; they do have wear as shown in photos, with light scratches. The square shape with hinged or swivel construction (allowing it to rotate or snap open/closed for attaching to shirt cuffs) is a classic design for early 20th-century men's cufflinks. Horton, Angell & Co. specialized in rolled gold plate (a thin layer of gold over a base metal like brass) costume jewelry from roughly 1870–1922.
