Side handles and tight-fitting lid make for a smooth oven-to-table transition.  Set of (2) Two layers of .5mm copper provide excellent heat conductivity and temperature control. Stainless-steel interior is nonreactive and easy to clean. Oven and broiler safe.  4 3/4 diam., 2 1/2 high, 3 1/4 high with lid. 1/2-qt. cap. 4 oz. with lid. Made in China.  Care Instructions: Allow to cool before cleaning. Hand-wash; dry immediately with soft cloth. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach or abrasive cleaners.
