Antique Art Nouveau trinket or jewelry box featuring hand-hammered pewter-clad construction over wood with repoussé botanical detailing throughout. The lid is centered with an oval molded blue glass cabochon, giving the piece strong Arts & Crafts and Art Nouveau character.  Textured pewter surfaces, hand-set nailhead trim, and sculptural relief work highlight its early 20th century handmade craftsmanship. The interior is unfinished wood with visible age and workshop-made details.  Perfect as a jewelry casket, keepsake box, or desk accent.
