Purchased this for my elderly father in Sept of 2025, but he decided to go back to the Jitterbug flip phone shortly after. Barely used, I am including a case that I purchased for him. Has an Urgent Response button, and very basic and easy to navigate. Lively's customer service has been wonderful so far.
