Antique S.D. Sollers & Co. Duncan Crystal Cut Shoe Figurine

Between 1980 and 1990, I amassed a collection of collectible miniature shoes in a variety of colors, styles, and sizes, all of which were intended for display on a shelf or as gifts. Unfortunately, they have remained stored away in a bin until now, as I gradually begin to sell them.  S.D. Sollers & Co. operated from 1874 to 1877, making this Blue Duncan slipper figurine a noteworthy antique. It remains in very good condition, with only a minor chip that is nearly undetectable without close inspection (please refer to the accompanying images for details on the flaw). This figurine is also featured in a collectible shoe figurine book published in the 1980s, at which time it was valued at $150. Given the minor imperfection, I have priced it lower and will include an additional shoe figurine with the purchase.  Never been displayed.  I perform a comprehensive inspection of each item before listing and shipping to guarantee an accurate description. However, I may occasionally overlook minor flaws that are only visible under magnification, as conditions can change over time. If any alterations occur, I will promptly notify buyers.  While I enhance the background of the images, I do not filter or use Photoshop on the photos.  Rest assured, my items come from a household that is smoke-free, fragrance-free, and pet-free
