Description
Polysaccharide components create a seamless layer that traps moisture and helps keep makeup set and smudge free. Incorporated weightless technology ensures that the mist layer is a thin one and won’t add much to the makeup layers already present. Thanks to its aqua base, Splash Hydrating Setting Mist adds moisture without giving a wet look.
