Cynthia Cynthia Steffe Yellow,ivory & white short sleeve Dress/Coat 60’s style. Vintage,Unique find! This little dress/coat has an ivory back ground with large yellow flowers and white design inside the flower. It’s also fully lined with side pockets. It is pleated in the front and back along with a belt to flatter your figure and create a feminine look. It also has short puff sleeves with a petter pan collar and big chunky buttons for front closure. Retro, feminine and made in the USA! Size 8 Approximate Measurements 19” armpit to armpit 43” long The tag for the materiel not available but, I believe it’s cotton with a polyester lining. Excellent condition.
