Very clean interior I do not have the original crossbody strap but any crossbody strap will work The leather shows some signs of use but it has that vintage character and it doesn't seem to take away from the bag - if anything it looks more true blue vintage. Shows some fading on the corners and edges, and water spot on the front left corner Comes from a smoke free and pet free home
