This piece is 1 5/8 and I believe green enamel inside a cloisonne silver base. The brooch weighs 17.4 grams and is signed de Passille' Sylvestre Fait Au Quebec Made in Canada. Base metal appears to be possible silver plated brass or copper. There is a 2mm scratch on the back surface. Condition: Pre-Owned Good 2mm scratch back of brooch
